What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, returns are being made with a request via Email or phone call. Sending the clothes back to the store or dropping them in person.
When will I get my order?
Upon placing an order we immediately ship the garments. Depending on the logistics company and delivery times, the purchase is going to be shortly delivered at the nearest PO / Delivery office. Working with Econt / Speedy / Box Now
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Standard fees depending on the currier of your choosing.
How custom orders are made?
Do not hesitate to fill the form in the "custom order" menu in the navigation bar above. Include pictures of the garment, details such as size / colour / brand / model as well. We as a team are able to provide you with almost anything that was produced or is still in production no matter of the brand or the fashion house.
