TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO WE ARE

These terms apply to every order placed on p0pshop.com. By placing an order, you accept them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.

2. PRODUCTS

We sell menswear from independent and designer brands. [All products are original and sourced from the brands or their authorised distributors.]

We do our best to show every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page. If you're unsure, email us before ordering.

Brand names and logos belong to their owners. POP SHOP is not affiliated with the brands it sells unless stated otherwise.

3. PRICES

All prices are in euro (EUR) [and include VAT]. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders over €100.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping. You can then order at the correct price or cancel, and you'll get a full refund of anything you've paid.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you've ordered it, we'll let you know and refund that item in full within 14 days.

We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, or orders for quantities that suggest resale. If this happens, you'll get a full refund.

5. PAYMENT

We accept [card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery]. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

6. DELIVERY

We ship within Bulgaria with Econt and Speedy, to an office, a locker or your address. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Delivery usually takes [1–3] working days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details and prices.

The items are your responsibility from the moment they're delivered to you or to someone you've chosen to receive them.

If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel without telling us first, we treat it as a return and may deduct, or ask you to cover, the cost of shipping it to you and back.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

8. FAULTY ITEMS AND GUARANTEE

All items come with a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how to report a faulty or wrong item.

9. YOUR ACCOUNT

You can order without an account. If you create one, keep your login details private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.

10. CONTENT ON THIS WEBSITE

The photos, videos, texts and design of p0pshop.com belong to POP SHOP or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. PERSONAL DATA

We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

12. LIABILITY

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described, and as set out in these terms. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, strikes or natural disasters. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you placed your order applies to that order.

14. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

If something goes wrong, email us at shop@p0pshop.com first. We'll do our best to sort it out.

If we can't resolve it together, you can contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП), kzp.bg, or one of the general conciliation committees for out-of-court dispute resolution.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian courts. If you live in another EU country, you keep the consumer protections of that country's law.
